Constructed in 1961, the Guest House was both a family and corporate respite of the Reyes family and its companies.

Expanded in 1985, this house has become host to many important visitors to the town of Pinamalayan, including the Archbishop of Cebu, His Eminence Ricardo Cardinal Vidal, former Philippine Presidents Diosdado Macapagal and Joseph Ejercito Estrada, and many Filipino famous names in show business when visiting the town of Pinamalayan for official or personal visits.

Restored and renovated in 2011, the Guest House boasts of 15 single occupancy fully airconditioned rooms, 3 superior double rooms, 1 family room, and 2 premier suites.

All rooms are equipped with ensuite bathrooms with hot and cold water. The Dining Room is capable of hosting 40. A vast home style lobby, a courtyard, a fully equipped fitness center, and a bar area overlooking the Paraiso beach.
